Training of Experiential Trainer
TEE (Training of Experiential Educator) The Training of Experiential Trainer is a long-term competence and qualification programme. Those who complete the programme are certified as Experiential Learning Trainers by the International Experiential Learning Network.
COMPETENCY
Face to Face Education
Those who have not received trainer training before participate in the 6-day Basic Trainer Training Programme. Those who have completed this Basic Trainer Training and experienced trainers who have previously completed the trainer training programmes recognised by our association participate in the 3-day Advanced Trainer Training Programme.
E-Learning Process
After reading the books included in the programme on Experiential Learning and Pedagogy of the Oppressed, the participants continue with a special synchronous e-learning programme at experianta. This process takes 2-3 months.
Kolb Learning Styles Application
As part of the e-Learning process, they implement a Learning Styles Workshop in their locality. In this workshop, participant-trainers apply the Kolb Learning Styles Inventory to their participants and receive a session on Learning Flexibility.
COMPETENCE
Programme Design and Implementation
Participant-trainers, who are assigned coaches from among the Association Trainers, design and implement a training programme lasting at least four days. This implementation can be national or international.
Co-education Experience with Coach
Participants train with their coaches in a national or international training programme. After this experience, they gain the title of Experiential Learning Trainer.
